Welcome to Legacy at Palmetto Farms, a premier southern community located in the City of South Fulton, Georgia. Palmetto Farms was started in 2007 by the builder Legacy, hence the name Legacy at Palmetto Farms. The Legacy at Palmetto Farms community was built in phases. Phase 1 of the community which is accessible by turning right off of West Stubbs Road features large homes designed to cater to family interactions. Large but intimate family rooms and dining rooms were a staple of Legacy. Phase 2, which is accessible by turning left from West Stubbs Road was almost exclusively built by the builder Peachtree. These homes were smaller in square footage but featured functional use of all space and a very popular loft option for social gatherings.
